Amy has been a personal trainer for over 3 years and when she isn’t in the club, she loves training outdoors alongside HIIT, spin and weight training. Outside of the studio, Amy runs an adventure sports community for women so don’t be surprised if you find her climbing up walls, paddle boarding down the Thames or even skateboarding at the weekends!
