Stronger Inside & Out

This post popped up in our Members group and it made us realise just how worth while it is creating such a strong tribe of women that support each other, to be the best, balanced version of themselves not just the skinniest…

“Thought I’d post some Friday fitspo…

The first picture is me 6 months ago, I had fallen off the bandwagon and stopped meal prepping, my workouts were scarce and I had gotten lazy!

Prior to this I had been going hard at the studio, eating clean but then work got in the way as it does for many of us. I’m quite small at 5ft2 and have quite a petite frame anyway, so I noticed as soon as I started to put the pounds back on due to stress and my lack of workouts. So I decided to start again…

The second picture is me about ten minutes ago on a beach in Cancun, as you can see my tummy has flattened and I look happier! Work is still hectic, I still am not getting as many workouts as I want to and the meals I eat are quick and tend to be rustled up from whatever I have in the cupboards. BUT what has really helped me shed what I wanted to was just relaxing, not letting the stress take over and just enjoying each day.

I thought I’d post this just to give hope to the ladies like me who may have fallen off the bandwagon and are stressing out about having to start all over again…it’s all about mindset and balance and taking it one day at a time!!

Thank you so much girls at the studio, members and trainers for giving me the confidence to get in to a bikini! I’m so happy to be part of this tribe!”
