Claire Alexandra (also known by her spiritual name, Chaitanya) has been practising Yoga since a young child as she was born into the tradition. She has knowledge of many practices of meditation and Yoga such as Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin. In her classes she focuses on all aspects of Yoga that suit the intention of the students as a group, complementing their workout and lifestyle goals. She also has diplomas in anatomy and physiology so she has a very detailed understanding of how the body should work and feel in each position.
