Yes, we have a changing room and showers for your use. However, at present due to COVID-19 club reopening procedures, both the changing room and showers and currently closed.
Cancellation window: 6 hours
If you cancel before 6 hours: No charge/credit back on your account
If you cancel after 6 hours: £5 credit taken
If you fail to cancel your class and do not show up: £10 credit taken
We have a 30-day cancellation policy on all memberships and a 3-month minimum commitment.
Our team of expert trainers are on hand to alter all exercises for prenatal clients and you are able to attend the majority of our classes. We also offer 1:1 personal training session if you are looking for additional professional support and fitness advice during pregnancy to keep you feeling mobile and strong as you prepare for motherhood. Our team of expert trainers are on hand to alter all exercises for postnatal clients or those with diastasis. We also offer 1:1 diastasis assessments and personal training sessions if you are looking for additional support when recovering after birth so you can reconnect with your pelvic floor and, if necessary, repair diastasis. We recommend that you visit us in the club or call us on (020) 8946 7174 in order to discuss your specific needs and enable us to suggest the most appropriate classes for you.
Our team of expert trainers are on hand to alter all exercises if you are working with any injuries. However, it is important that you seek the advice of your doctor or physiotherapist in regards to any persistent injuries and ensure you have informed your trainer of any specific details they need to be aware of in order to support you throughout the class.

We recommend that you arrive around 15 minutes before the start of your class so you can familiarise yourself with the club and have the opportunity to speak to your trainer before your class. However, at present due to COVID-19 club reopening procedures, we ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of your class to limit client cross over between classes.

No, all equipment is provided for you! However, you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Wear comfortable activewear and ensure you have supportive footwear for all classes, with the exception of Yoga where you are barefoot.
Yes! Our classes are tailored for women of all ages and fitness abilities. We have created a unique class programming system which offers different levels and techniques to enable you to work at your pace and get the most from every class. Our team of expert trainers are a friendly bunch and are on hand to help guide you through your first class with us!
