Healthy Christmas Protein Pudding

Who said breakfast has to be boring?! Curb your cravings and stay on track with your nutrition goals. Chia, cocoa and pomegranate are nutrient-rich foods and are beneficial for your health and well-being. Plus, they taste great when eaten together.

Serves 1


  • 200g Low fat yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp chai seeds
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • 2 tsp cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 tsp Manuka honey
  • 1/2 pomegranate (seeded)


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl except the pomegranate seeds.
  2. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds on top.
  3. Leave overnight or for 20/30 minutes in a fridge
  4. Enjoy!
