Surround yourself with positive and inspiring people who lift you up, not bring you down. Invest in your health by finding balance and creating habits that will benefit you in the long term as exercise should be a celebration of what your body can do.
There’s nothing better than finding a good tune to pump you up! My workout playlist is pretty extensive so it depends what vibe I’m feeling! Currently, I’m loving Dua Lipa ‘Hallucinate’ and ‘Break My Heart’ and ‘Kings & Queens’ by Ava Max.
Your go-to indulgent treat?
Oh my, give me a tub of ‘Ben and Jerry’s Half Baked’ and I’m sold. On the savoury side, I cannot say no to a tray of cheesy nachos with the classic guacamole and sour cream toppings.
Early Bird or Night Owl?
Definitely an early riser. You know what they say… the early bird catches the worm!
Best place to visit in London?
Having just moved back to London after 12 years in Australia, it’s hard to choose! I really enjoy walking and exploring the parks – Richmond and Battersea Park are my favourites.
Favourite Holiday Destination?
Greek Islands- clear blue water, beautiful views of the sunset and sea! It’s idyllic.
One thing you can’t live without?
Dogs! My dogs especially as they are just the best (I’m biased). They just brighten up my day and make me smile.

Your killer HIIT movement?
I like a challenge so it would have to be a burpee box jump or bench hops.
Interesting fact about you that no one knows?
I have a passion for singing! I sing even when I’m blissfully unaware, so you’ll probably hear me belting out a tune at some point.
