“I have been a consistent gym goer for a long time and, as a mother of two young boys, was even feeling as fit as ever before both my pregnancies.
I was looking for a program that would help my with the nutrition side of my health and fitness lifestyle – and more importantly one that would give me nutritional education I could use moving forward. I have a huge sweet tooth, that I was constantly trying to avoid indulging, but that rarely worked!
I was a little sceptical to begin with that 30 days would be enough time to say an real results, especially as I was not required to do any extra exercise on top of my normal routine. But boy did I see results! I dropped a dress size in the 30 days! As well as that, I increased my fitness and now have more energy to keep up with my boys.
The program has also re educated me on nutrition incorporating the ‘good food plate’ and teaching me about when to eat certain foods. It has also changed my attitude towards the occasional indulgence.
I particularly liked the daily email aspect of the program and the recipes that came as part of this – even my kids enjoyed these!
Another great part was the weigh ins. Despite the name, this process was not all about weight. It gave me a chance to talk to Siobhan about my progress and my attitude and kept me on track. My questions were always answered.
