We are results-driven and realistic, and once we start, we keep you focused. You will can work on a one-to-one basis or in a small group with your personal trainer. Our team are trained in injury rehabilitation, weight loss/fat loss, pre and postnatal, diastasis, pelvic floor recovery and applied functional science. From January 2019, we are hosting a number of workshops designed specifically around women’s health in partnership with a leading women’s health physio, Helen Keeble. These workshops are designed to provide the knowledge and advice to further to support women through all stages of their lifecycle. With focuses on prenatal, postnatal, menstrual cycles, and common issues such as diastasis, endometriosis and pelvic floor prolapse, it will help to ensure successful rehabilitation from many common health concerns that women face so that they can get back to their normal routine. Prenatal: Long gone are the days that women were told to rest and put their feet up during their pregnancy, and many women want to still workout, and still feel a little in control of their body, so our prenatal packages are perfect for this. You can begin training with us once you have received sign-off from your GP. Once you have that, talk to us about how fit you were before your pregnancy, how hectic your lifestyle is and your medical history, what you want to achieve and we will guide you as to how we can support you. Postnatal: We have progressive, results driven programs that help you reconnect with your pelvic floor, help to reduce diastasis (separation of the abdominals) and help you to regain a strong, fit foundation on which you can progressively regain and build both form, posture, tone and fitness. From personal training NCT group packages and 3 month post natal membership packages we have a variety of options that can suit your lifestyle, and give you the biggest push in the time you require. With creche facilities, an in house buggy park and pre and post natal fitness professionals at hand you nd your baby will be well looked after.
