When it comes to Personal Training at Beattitude, we like to ask… What is motivating you?

You may already have a specific goal in mind. Maybe it’s weight loss or perhaps simply to improve your overall health and fitness. You might be looking for professional fitness advice during pregnancy to keep you feeling mobile and strong as you prepare for motherhood. Or perhaps to offer support when recovering after birth so you can reconnect with your pelvic floor and, if necessary, repair diastasis. 

Sometimes it’s easy to find our motivation or to have a goal in mind but the hard part is taking the next steps in order to work towards achieving it. This is why Personal Training might be the right option for you.

REDEFINE THE APPROACH TO YOUR TRAINING

Beattitude is a boutique fitness club for women and our trainers are all experts in female fitness. Whether you’re brand new to exercise, returning to fitness after a break or an avid gym-goer already, our team of expert trainers offer detailed advice and guidance in order to help you achieve your goals.

The first step is to have a free 1:1 consultation where we will discuss your aspirations, fitness experience and lifestyle in order to custom tailor a personal training plan for you. We will then assign you to a member of our team who has specific training which is relevant to your needs.

Personal training is just that – personal, so your sessions can be scheduled directly with your trainer at a time that suits you.

As well as fitness programming we also offer designated nutritional plans, weight and body fat tracking and diastasis assessment.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

After your initial consultation, you will typically sign up for a pack or membership depending on your needs and the amount you are looking to spend.
If you decide to sign up for any personal training membership or pack, we will gift you free group class credits on top of your personal training! The reason for this is that we believe that your assigned personal trainer needs to be able to fully understand your body and be on hand guide you through any classes that you choose to do outside of your PT sessions. Your trainer will suggest which group classes you should attend based on your overall needs and the goals that you are working towards.

All PT sessions are 1-hour in duration

PAY AS YOU GO

SINGLE PT SESSION – £60, 1 month expiry

10 PACK PT SESSIONS – £550, 12 week expiry, £55 per session + 12 free group class credits

20 PACK PT SESSIONS – £1060, 6 months expiry, £53 per session + 12 free group class credits

30 PACK PT SESSIONS – £1530, 9 months expiry, £51 per session + 20 free group class credits

MEMBERSHIPS

All memberships have a 3-month minimum subscription

Silver PT Membership – £220, 4 sessions pcm, £55 per session + 12 free group class credits

Gold PT Membership – £440, 4 sessions pcm, £55 per session + 20 free group class credits

Platinum PT Membership – £660, 4 sessions pcm, £55 per session + 20 free group class credits
