Veg-packed Chilli Beef

Nothing better than a spicy, tasty meal to warm you up when the weather is so cold! Try this and get those taste buds tingling.

400g Beef Mince
1 Red Onion – chopped
4 Celery Sticks – chopped into small cubes
1/2 Broccoli Florets – chopped into smaller pieces
1 tin of red kidney beans (washed)
3 tins of chopped tomatoes
1/2 Sweetheart cabbage – chopped into smaller pieces
2tsp coconut oil (or other oil of your choice)
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp Easy Garlic
1 tcp Easy Chilli
1tbsp cumin
1tbsp ground coriander
1tbsp paprika


  1. Place the coconut oil in a large pan, heat until liquid
  2. Add the onion and garlic – stir for around 3 minutes
  3. Break the beef into smaller chunks and add to the pan – cook till browned
  4. Add the spices, and the easy chilli – stir until the beef is covered
  5. Once the beef is almost all brown, add 1 tin of tomatoes and stir
  6. After 2-3 minutes add the rest of the ingredients
  7. Turn the heat down a little and stir for another 5 minutes
  8. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
  9. Serve hot or cold.
